I was the hulk today.. at lunch.. while saleing pizza.. i nearly ripped off my clothes due to my.... rapture of anger.. Mmm theres nothing better then having bad people skills.. yelling at customers and co-workers.. mm.. Im ok now.. i medatated during 6th.. i thought about my actions.. and asked myself why i expressed anger the way i did.. i guess at the time it felt like the most rational way.. yea deffinately glad i did pop anyone in the face
